19th Annual Gala & Procurement Fair Celebrating Hispanic Influence
Special Guest: 41st U.S. Treasurer Rosario Marin
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its 19th Annual Gala.
Special guest speaker Hon. Rosario Marin, 41st U.S. Treasurer will lead the
Chamber in a celebration of the advances and strides the Hispanic community has
made in the last decade. Featured entertainment includes mariachis and musical
artist Daniel Cordova and his band Esperanza.
Come enjoy a tremendous night of dance and entertainment. A must attend event
and opportunity to meet and greet Colorado Springs civic and industry leaders.
19th Annual Gala, Saturday Night 6:00 p.m. to Midnight,
March 1st 2008 at the Double Tree Hotel World Arena. Everybody is
invited to come join us for a mariachi reception, and a night of Dinner and
Dance with our distinguished guests. Ticket price is $100. Call for information
on special ticket offers and discounts. Dance admission is $10 dollars after
9:00 p.m.

Kick-Off Leap Year, with the Chamber and our partners on Friday the 29th, with
an "Insiders’ know-how" on Procurement Contracting with the Government. This
event should provide real exchange between those in government, big business and
the small business community.
Contracts Procurement Fair: Friday 3:30 to 6:30 February 29th 2008 at the Double
Tree Hotel Featuring presenters: Rosario Marin, Secretary of California's
General Services Division, John Cisneros, State of Colorado Purchasing Office,
and Small Business Utilization Director Pennie Estrada, GSA, SBA, Defense
Logistics Agency Procurement Assistance Center, and other contract
representatives from the defense industry. Entry Fee is $35 at the door.
